i have a iphone 3g and 4.2.1 i dont have 4.3.3 i cant get this app because we can update to 4.3.3 you can change the version please

during the testing the earthquake aplication told me instant when earthquake occur, after I paid for it, application telling me about an hour after the earthquake!
