Nice App, but poor support

The app itself is working good. It is feeded with official data of national geographic services. So one can trust the messages coming through the app. But some features like threshold are not working properly. You get no support even when you pay the 0.89 € tip. I am still waiting for an answer.... 5 stars for the nice app, but 1 for the poor support, so only 3 stars left.
